I just picked up my cobalt from the dealer - this is my third oil change. When I jump in, let her warm up, and punch it in second, I don't feel the same pull I usually do. Could the new oil need time to get back to where it was before I took it in? I can't remember if I experienced this on my previous two changes. So should I be worried? Anyone else experience this?

 

I don't think you should worry about it. Could be a few things. First my line of thinking is that an oil is nothing but good stuff for ur car. As well, it could be all in ur head, or u could be getting use to ur car. Lately i have felt my car being very slow and I was bumbed out but than my friend with a Cobra said the same thing. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

 

I only use premium fuel. How about you guys?

 

I only use V-Power in mine. Got my first oil change last week, 75 bucks later...No noticable differences yet in power/acceleration.

 

i loved the day after getting my oil changed, maybe it was in my head but the engine seemed to idle smoother
