Just ported my Throttle body.

was bored today and I decided to do this really quick. fairly easy, I didn't even have a dremel, I used my cordless drill with dremel bits. The picture is before I polished it and smoothing it out (the white stuff you see is where I marked the throttle plate at rest), the plate I knifed the edges top and bottom and polished both sides making it smooth. cost me $10 and an hour.

my butt dyno says a 3hp increase in better throttle response, supercharger whines a little louder as well.

Not bad at all! Should hit it with some emery cloth to smooth out those scratches a bit.

that picture was taken just before I smoothed it out, it defiantly doesn't look like that. Just a size comparison, You can see I got that lip out in the middle.

I didn't, just took off what I thought was necessary and made it as even as I can without taking off too much (or not at all) where the plate sits. Turned out real well.

ya no tune, my afr was pretty much the same o2 should compensate for the small air increase. not sure what happens when you take from around the plate because our throttle is open 16% at idle anyway, just to be safe I just smoothed around it.

correct, you can defiantly smooth it out around where the plate sits a little with what looks like; I used a wire polish sanding wheel of some sort (idk what it's called, but it's a little softer), but everything else that isn't touching is fair game..... maybe I should have took more pics and did a write up for you guys, sorry.
