I want to run some meth soon but I dont know how far I want to go with this car. It runs pretty good now and when I got it I told myself I would not mess with it.

One thing is certain... Brian knows his **** when it comes to tuning my car. On the GM tune it would buck, snort and surge all the time. Now it runs smooth and has plenty of power for the wifes car. I was ready to get rid of it because of the way it ran, now I think it will stay for a little while.

Atleast take it to the track and run it against mine before you nuke it.

Dont make me hook up the bottle of liquid goodness from the truck. I will run the hose strait in the intake at the breather port and open the valve full bore.

How far in the air do you think the head would go?

Speaking of this log.. I am going to check your 80-90 mph time and see how it is.. see how even we are...

This is another reason why I recommend radar detectors. Saved me once on the way to Ohio.

having a GOOD one would be a good idea. I recommend the valentine one, or the passport ESCORT 9500i. Or just an escort =P

I had a Escort when I was going to college. It saved me all the time. I think I even said to Brian that I wished I had a radar detector. I know the way he was sitting that he was zapping both ways and he would have set it off from cars going the other way.

I think before meth there will be a fuzz detector installed. That car is just bad luck for me. Its a damn good thing I didnt have this car when I was 18-20. I would probably be killed or severely maimed. I know there are faster cars out there but it really does have enough power to get you in trouble QUICK. Thats why I sold my ZX6R... too many near misses.

Makes sense. I am recovering from a broken back in 3 places, 2 broken ribs, etc. Long story short, don't ride with friends who are idiots and don't know how to drive.

It all depends on the detector and what exactly you are doing, and what they are using. Laser sucks, but its not widely used. Instant on isnt the best if you are going way over the limit. Other then that i <3 my detector.
