Just some questions

So.. my car goes in tomorrow(friday) to get stage 2 installed, and im kinda nervous, what should i look for when i go to pick it up, how will i know they did it right(they said they have done 6 stg 2's) and is there any difference in sound when driving? this will be the only mod done to it. I have a 2007 ss/sc, so i dont know if there is any improvements to make stage 2 easier to install(gaskets and all). Thats all i can think of right now, im nervous though because this is my only car and i can't afford for it to constantly be in the shop.

bump

nahh...just make sure that they give you your old oem parts back.

check for the blue bolts on the pulley. blue=stage 2 pulley. ask them about the reflash and if they did it. besides that it's sweet. you will enjoy it. second and third are nice! oh yeah 7k redline.

if they have done 6....you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

just like sealy said, make sure you get the 2 little socket pieces for removing your pully in future, check for blue bolts + 7k redline, and away you go.

you should recieve a box with ALL your stock parts., belt, pulley, injectors, tools. instruction sheet.

now, the stock injectors have a green top. check these to make sure it was changed over.

damn bro, that sux. hell, when i got my S2 installed they were gonna throw away all the old parts; sockets included!!! I called them as soon as I left the dealer and told them to hold the parts, i was coming back.. Just as they said...make sure the pulley with 4 blue bolts is on, give the car a quick rev to 7K (just to make sure), and check for the GMPP sticker they SHOULD put under the lip of the hood somewhere. then enjoy the new power boost! Also, make sure the car will boost to 15psi...this might take a little driving, but it should get to 15psi. Thats about it.
