Laminova core washers

I have an intake manifold that's disassembled and I believe I am missing some of the copper washers that go in there GM doesn't sell them separately, any one know where I can get them?

also i was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly how to re-assemble the manifold
mostly what is the correct way for the copper washers to be installed??

O ring outside - small washer- then big.

Not sure on a site you can just order from.
I would go to the dealer. but he knows me for going there for every little thing. bought the 4 screws on the coil cover for $4 a piece. those cant be that much a set.
