laminovas for single pass???
for some reason when i got my single pass manifold from ZZP the cores werent with it. they later sent me the cores but im not exactly sure the correct order to put them in. im assuming it should go OoOo from top to bottom but im not sure. i would call them but they are a pain to deal with over the phone unless you are talking to the right person. thanks in advance css

says who? and why? i dont think thats correct. if this is true whats to say the top cores are getting coolant... if it enters on the endplate side it has gravity in its favor...
It would have to enter on the left side if all the cores are OOOO because O is exit, not enter

take a look at the ZZP single pass manifold and see if you agree with what was just said... i cant see that being correct... you would be overworking the ic pump and you would be forcing coolant through the cores. which means slower GPM or whatever its measured in. the idea of a singlepass is coolant volume and velocity. if it flows from bottom to top you have gravity on your side aswell...
Did you look at you're stock cores and hoses before it came apart? Stock is oOoO. It enters in o and exits O. Dual pass is OooO. The 3rd fitting they add is in the middle of the plate where it enters oo and exits the outer O's.

explain to me why... it makes no sense to try to force coolant UP through the manifold cores...

Actually thats exactly why. If you have it enter through the drivers side which is higher than the exit, the top 2 cores will never fill up or be used, you want all 4 to be used which is why it has to go through all of them before it can exit.
I've always had mine top to bottom:
o
O
o
O
....coolant flows in through the bottom fitting up towards the filler neck...
