LC-1 Connection Problems

So today I installed the Innovate LC-1 wideband. The problem is, when I plug in into my laptop I get this error: "No Real Time Data Detected" and says to check the connections.

All my connections seem fine. Is there anything I should check? Does anyone have any idea? Thanks!

Did the wideband come with a connector pinout? If so you should be able to use a voltmeter to verify if everything is working correctly. It's suprising how ofter there is a problem that just cannot be seen visually; you need to check it electrically.

Did you use the loopback plug and did you make sure both plugs are seated properly?

It takes a little extra push to make sure the connects are seats properly.

Also I hope you utilized the LED wire for the error codes.
