This is like a whole new world

Hey everybody people like me must show up all the time so if you could put up with my **** for just a minute and help me out that would be great. Now I do a lot with performance, I deal Diesel Performance, but cars is all new for me and I have never dealt with a supercharger before. I just got myself a 2006 2.0 Cobalt SS Supercharged. Now I have gotten myself a MagnaFlow exhaust system because they are a company that I deal a lot with and It was FREE. I would like to know what everybody thinks of that System. Good Bad Whats Better? Also I would like to push some more Ponies out of my car. 205 HP just will not cut it for me I deal with 500-600 HP Trucks all day and I like when I get laid in the back of the seat if you know what I mean. So what else can I really do to make this car Fast and when I pull up to a stoplight I want people to Know That’s My Car And That They Can't Touch It. People here seem to know what they are talking about and that’s the kind of people I would like to learn from. Thanks for the help and any advice that you can offer.

Sadly gas engines are not nearly as strong as diesel. You need to build up the engine, drivetrain and intake/exhaust if you want to add a LOT of power. Especially on a FWD. My brother added over 125HP on his truck with nothing more than a tune. For me to do that is going to involve an engine rebuild, transmission/driveshafts, new engine back exhaust system, and will total around ~40k when everything is done for a ~450HP car, if all goes well.

For a first step, if you want street legal, get a cold air intake, 3" exhaust system, and at the very least the GM Stage 2 supercharger. The should put you around 255HP or even 260HP or so. Dropping to a 2.8" pulley may get you to 275HP or even 280HP. After that, you are looking at serious dollars. The preceeding work should cost about $2300 or so.
