they are both shiny ...
the way the primaries run are different.

the flanges are somewhat alike, but the collector on the ca seems to assembled better.

better off getting the CIA midlength header. You can pick it up for $206.75. Midlength will be better than a shorty anyways.

It won't fit the 2.2 because of the coolant line clearance issue. They have one for the 2.2 though.

I have the 2.2 one on my car. I can honestly say that this is a quality header! all the welds are beautiful!

Here is a review I wrote up on it. And a bunch of pics with it installed.

Here is a how-to i made for installing it.

I think the first one is a CA V1 header. CA sells their V2 header on ebay for $215 shipped.

They are very nice.

That is a ZZP dp just incase anyone is wondering.

I bought cheepie headers before.

For my full size k2500

stainless, haven't leaked yet and have survived 3 yrs of snow plowing with no salt rot.

I say go for it!

They look similar cause. They are CA sold the design of the V1 header to racing solutions that's why it says 2.0 and 2.4 cause of the whole coolant pipe clearence problem

agreed... they are equal length 1 3/4" primaries and 3" collector. my exhaust temps believe it or not went down after the install, but i did add a 3inch gutted cat dp aswell. well worth the money IMO
