Looking for a place to get tuned

I live in South Dakota so there are little to no choices around here. I called the only shop people recommended here and asked if they had tuned a cobalt before and they said no. So my question is should i look else where? Because once I get all my parts I want to go E85 and I don't think I should be the test car for this shop. Esp. since they charge $500 and I'm assuming if they **** up I would need to be retuned for another tune fee. So am I fucked or should I let them do it? And I didn't know where to post so I hope this is the right section.

If trifecta is my only option how does that work just call them up? And I have never read anything about them tuning for e85.
