Unhappy Loss of boost with K&N Filter

So I changed my air filter from a stock paper filter to a stock replacement K&N and I seem to have lost some boost. I had been getting in pure stock form 95 Kpa (13.7 psi), now it shows max 80 Kpa (11.6 PSI). Has anyone else had this issue? Tomorrow I am gonna put the stock filter back on and see what happens.

you should not have been getting 13.7psi in pure stock form. in stock form the bypass bleeds anything past 12.5psi out

Nope. Didn't think and air filter change would affect it like this so didnt even consider having to do a tune.

Thats what I thought too. But my boost gauge was showing me 13.7 (95KPa). So I assume that is what it is and that is all I have to go on.
