Ive notice with head gasket leaks that it seems to only be at a certain temp,say when the engine is cooling down.(unless blown ) sealed tight at 180 deg but at say100 leaks a little bit then stops.
In my other vehical it would leave a puddle every night but you could sit there for an hour and never see it happen.
