Lower the Boost

Alright guys i only have about a half hour for this but i need to know if there is a way to cut the boost or lower it in my car, one of my brothers friends who takes hail damage out is picking up my car and i dont want him toyying with it, I would drop it off but my license is suspended so i cant, If there is any way to do this that would be awesome if someone could tell me.

Thanks!!!!!

or just unplug the boost bypass line... and don't cap it off... car will get only like 5 psi tops if that

nice but if he guns it and the injectors still pump gas thinking there will be boost, wont that just flood the engine and stall it? or will no fuel go?
