ls4 spacer plate?

Sorry for not putting this in the classified but its more a question than a WTB. Im looking for a throttlebody spacer plate intended for the ls4 tb to tvs. a couple of companies make the spacer plate but they are either lsj to m62 or ls4 to m62. i havent seen one yet for ls4 to tvs. just asking if theres one out of the box before i see if zzp is willing to take my money to cut one up for me and obviously im looking for one with taps for meth.

TVS doesnt require a spacer plate for the LS4 TB. It was designed for it.

Since our first mention of the development of our HTV1320-LSJ, we have been feverishly working on the final design & tooling.

I have had many PM's, emails & phone calls requesting more information and "test" units, which has prompted this thread.

The intention was to be in production late-Dec07/early-Jan08, however just before releasing the design into production (2nd week Dec) I decided to change the layout to further improve the performance. Fundamentally, we have moved the vacuum actuator to the opposite side (underside in vehicle) as it enables a significantly improved intake flow-path.

The result is a far superior product, albeit slightly delayed. The reality is that we would not have had the original design ready for shipment yet anyway, as there has also been a delay in obtaining enough TVS1320 rotors (we must satisfy our OE commitments first).

We have commenced tooling of the final design, and now expect to be shipping production units in late February.
Some features include:
  • Bolt-on solution - no adaptors required.
  • Interchangable pulleys - shipped with a standard size, with others available as options.
  • Pre-prepared for the higher-flowing LS4 throttle body, but original will also fit.
  • Powder-coat finish as standard, with polished as an option.
  • Service free - these are OE-quality sealed units that require no maintenance other than typical OE-style checks.
Although it is mechanically a bolt-on solution, recalibration of the ECU and any ancillary items will need to be addressed (upgraded fuel system/injectors etc).

Now for the really good news ...
We anticipate that the retail price will only be ~US$2250.

Some images can be seen in our gallery, if they do not show up below ....

We welcome feed-back and comments ... we value any constructive criticism.

guys, i want it for the meth injection points, not because it needs an adapter... the zzp plate has two meth points which is perfect but its for ls4 to m62, im want a half inch plate with tapped meth injection points for ls4 to tvs.

just spray it in the air intake a tb spacer realy isent ideal as it keep the meth nozzle to far back inside on the spacer and you wont get a good mist from the nozzel it will be more like big drops being pulled into the blower and that will not cool ass good as a mist will

This. Tap into the air intake.. Also, I thought ZZP sold a LIM spacer for meth/n20?

Edit: This.... http://shop.zzperformance.com/store/...cer-Plate.aspx
Will this not work for the TVS? I don't see why not as the m62 and tvs are both direct bolt on, so i'm assuming they have the same bolt pattern stuff...

Oops, sorry I didn't catch that part of your post.

I wouldnt spray meth through a TVS, and not because of the rotor coatings. Supposedly, meth eats away at the type of grease used in the bearings in this blower, leaving them bone dry. (according to harrop)

I know the whole point of spraying through the blower is to lower manifold and blower housing temps, but in this case you might want to spray post-blower to save yourself a headache later on.
