LSJ Clutch upgrade kit

Hey guys, I noticed that the clutch upgrade kit is only 245$ on crateengine depot. I was wondering could I bring this to a dealership and have them install it? IF so how much would I end up paying? Thanks

Yeah it is a lot of work. Shop around to local shops and get quotes. If you know someone who does mechanic owrk on the sidew, you can always ask them, they'd probably do it for cheaper.

Yea the dealerships will charge you a ton for it. Def try a local shop. I know a guy at a shop and he did it for me for either $250 or $300, can't remember

how's it compare to the oem clutch like daily driving wise ? does engaging it take more pressure ? what i mean is do you have to step harder on the clutch to change gears ? thanks

Feels the same as my oem clutch that i had for 67,000 miles. I have only been driving it for a week but grips just fine although I never had a slipping problem with my stock clutch until my roommate burnt it up in one night. I kinda wish I would of gone with a more harsher clutch just cause of my preference but needed the cheapest route possible.

A clutch replacemnt at the dealer will pay 7.6 hours. S what ever your shop rates at dealers around there are theres you outcome. Here its 90/hour so thats 684 + tax. would try to find a person with side job in mind.
