theres 2 wires that go into the female side of the connector to the crankshaft position sensor. the purple wire was pinched at the connector and wen i pulled on it it stretched. well anyways car would almost die while coming to a stop n would sometimes feel like it was gonna stall out while taking off. not from me being a bad driver haha anyways just figure id throw this out there in case this is actually caused by how the wirings done from the factory on the lsj's.. its a 1/4 inch from the connector on the wire.. maybe i was just unlucky but maybe this is what causes that issue everyone has with these. anyways hopefully this helps some of u guys with that issue haha
