It's just confusing and frustrating when you try and find the info on google and on here and don't get a straight answer. I do appreciate you at least verifying the first part of what I suspected.

HPtuners is a program where you can make your own tunes or buy other tunes. The ottp tune you have is very basic. Can tunes, like the ottp, don't push a lot of hp out the box because you do need to tune each individual car differently.
So it's worth the $400 to goto either the place who dynoed it or anther. And have them take my car for a couple of days and pro tune it? It's not going to be
Some bogus **** like only add 10HP at the wheels right?

Do you have any cooling mods?
I have ottp heat exchanger. Was planning on getting option B and dual pass.
I'm waiting for a gauge from ottp, I checked my air intake and IAT2 with my buddy's solice. And they were with in 30-47° of each other. before that it was
Probably sky high and my eng power reduce came on because my coolant pump was dead and I didn't know it but that's brand new too

The place I got it dynoed at suggested a 160° thermostat to increase timing and one person here told me they wouldn't go back to them because they don't know wtf they are talking about. When I don't I'm new to this

Hi, names Taran, i just bought a 2006 Balt SS SC im new to this scene and was wondering two things. how can i raise my fuel pressure, wont that make injectors run at less duty load? and is there any vehicles that have 40-60 lb injectors that would be compatible with the LSJ.

Check out ZZP's website.

The issues with lightweight flywheel has to do with being able to tune for it and in general the higher torque, as I think many have found out, is not so kind to our transmissions in the long run. I had to get a new transmission at 85k and I didn't even have a lightweight flywheel.
