I didnt expect 27 replies when i woke up

But on a serious note, it's ZZP Stage 3 but has stock head. It was tuned before i bought the car so i'm not sure when it's set at. Could be "around" 7500 but i'm not sure exactly. Kind of hard to read the stock tach at those times

I'll talk to the guy i bought it from and see if he knows what it is set at.

This will probably sound extremely stupid, but if your rev limiter is set at, 7400, why did it let you go over? I thought it actually limited your revs at that spot..?

The rev limiter is not like a hard barrier that holds the engine in exactly one place.. on the LSJ if it hits or exceeds the set limiter, it cuts fuel.. then once it drops however many rpm its set-up for, it turns the fuel back on..

So in the time that it turned the fuel back on, and then realized it passed the limiter again it was able to surpass the limiter by a little

Alright thanks for the info. I wasnt sure i it was fuel cut or not, but that makes sense now. I talked to the last owner and he thinks it was tuned for 7200. I'll just stick to 7000 for wot.
