What is everyone that has turbo swapped running for an intake manifold and tb? Also what you think of your setup. I would like to run the stock tb for now already have a pretty penny wrapped up in this project so far but would like to know better options for future builds.

 

Most guys are probably running a saab manifold. It doesn't use the stock throttle body though. I make a sheet metal manifold that uses the stock throttle body if you are interested. I also have the matching charge piping if you need that too.

We have a lsj sheet metal intake manifold on our site. Available in many colors. Being the cavalier is drive by cable throttle body you may want to use a 2.2l ecotec cavalier throttle body and have a lsj cylinder head flange.

 

I swapped all the wiring from the cobalt to the caavalier so i will be running the cobalt ecu
