Lsj turbo swap. Need some advice!!

Hey guys it's been awhile since I have been on here. Got the upgraded clutch in, full zzp 2.5in exhaust without resanator and the car is running great besides the ole razzle dazzle cheap gm plastics meaning and groaning lol. Okay now back on track. I know an average amount about the Lsj engine but I am clueless when it comes to a turbo swap so I have a few questions. My car currently has 183k on it with no known issues other that I will soon be replacing the timing chain and water pump. Compression is good in all 4 cylinders. Car doesn't smoke, doesn't rattle although one thing I haven't been able to figure out is when I pulled the factory exhaust off and looked into the ports for some odd reason the number 3 cylinder exh. Valve was very shiny compared to the rest as in looks like brand new. But no issues out of it. Other than that car is fine. I was thinking about the stage 2 turbo entry level kit from zzp the one with the Z54 turbo. Is anyone else running it? If so can someone throw some numbers my way and also recommended upgrades to better support the kit?that would be appreciated. So the big question is. On a high mileage car such as mine will it handle with no problem or will I need to rebuild the engine? Thanks in advance!!

Your high mileage engine will handle the power until it doesn't. If you have good compression you should be fine and if you replace timing chain kit you lower risk of catastrophic failure. I would run your stock engine until you start burning oil or other problems before tearing into it to replace internals.
