Hey fellas, been a while since I posted on here and I couldn't find an exact answer looking through past posts...

Problem: I have just over 100k on my supercharger and its starting to make some rattling noises. (ive had a 2.9 pully on it for at least 60-70k.)

Question: I see there are several places that will rebuild the m62 for me but also see I could buy a brand new m62 for around $200 more. What would you all suggest? Would a new eaton be a direct bolt-on or would their be significant tuning/ other work needed to be done to get it work properly?

Also, Ive seen several how-to videos on rebuilding the charger yourself.... is that really that hard or should I leave it to the professionals?

Recommendations for an m62 re builder would be awesome too!
