MAFT Question
MAFT Question
When reading my aeroforce gauge O2 sensor voltage should I just do WOT in neutral and let it bounce off the rev limiter to see my highest value? I noticed I'm running a little rich as the exhaust is slightly black.
And otherwise I can't find the post where the maft directions are posted so I can change my settings accordingly. (not at home so I don't have my manual).
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

That wont help you much during Power Enrichment (eg @ WOT)
For road loads it would be better to log your LTFT values.
+ numbers indicate the system is having to enrichen your mixtures to correct for an indicated LEAN condition
- numbers indicate the system is having to lean out your mixtures to correct for an indicated RICH condition
All the factory narrow-band O2 voltages can really tell you is that you're RICHER or LEANER than 14.7:1
Despite a lot of speculation out there, the actual O2 voltages achieved cannot really indicate HOW RICH or HOW LEAN you are.
If you're tuning with HPT (or a MAFT) you ideally should be using a wide-band setup
