lol but it sounds so much better....headers and midpipe give high gains though...i went catless mids with stock cat back...sounds like poop but good gains. i need a new cat back just cant decide. so be sure to post vids once u get it on!!

I didnt like it enough to buy it from the vids, then I heard it in person, now im buying it.

 

i have never heard a megan catback in person, but i do agree that videos do most catbacks no justice. at least they give an idea of what it might sound like. there are lots of factors that will change the sound of a catback from car to car.

 

True. The car I heard that had the megan, also has the same header as me.

stop giving him bad advice.....The megan and slp exhaust sound like a ******* honda...im not lying to u...i had the slp on my car for 3 days and i wanted to blow my brains out.. now i have slp piping, magnaflow muffler, and magnaflow resonator...sounds ******* amazing.

 

You do realize, that everyone is going to like something different, and earlier in my thread I said I liked the megan, becouse I had heard it in person.

I had a honda before the cobalt, and I bought my SS with a muffler on it, so im used to it.

I like the sound of the hahn, but it came down to either the megan or the ark.

I dont know why, but megan is awesome sounding to me in person, even if it is ricey.

 

PM Rico he had the exhaust for awhile, until it fell apart internally or something. I agree it does sound good in person, but I know it was giving him problems as it got older.
