hey guys i have been wanting to run methanol for a while my questions is can i get tuned first then put meth on and not have to tune it again

 

You see more hp getting a tune with methanol.

 

If you get tuned, then put in meth, you wont get any gains..


Get meth first, then tune.... Youll get more out of the car.

Not entirely true. If you're injectors are maxed out and you add meth, it will gain a little without the tune.

 

True, but thats just because it lets your injectors settle down a little, and i think the gain is more from the car advancing itself (it retarded timing cause its being fucked with) than the meth itself.

 

True, However I will say, I got 15 hp from a meth tune.

I have since then jumped it up to about a 60-65% of meth instead of 50/50.

My car likes the higher % of meth more.

 

Im buying meth this friday.... do you have progressive or just standard?

I will be getting a tune for meth the following weekend... Did you get that good of gains really?

Im excited... Im thinking meth, or new exhaust... Ill wait a nother couple weeks for n2o
