misfire!!!!!

Ok, this is the 4th time now posting about my car misfiring. He ajusted the timing and the afr but I don't have a wideband so it might still be really rich. I'm getting a wideband in the next week or two. It happens around 5500 rpms in first and sometimes second now. I have step twp colder plugs in it now gapped at .032 and I have gapped them at .034 as well. Then I bought the step 1 colder and gapped them at .032 and .034 but the misfire was worsse with those in so I put the step twos back in. How do you check the coil packs. What else could it be. any help or suggestions is grately appreciated. Thanks.

there a pain in the ass. the guy who tuned my car before never took it on the street to log the misfires he always tried in one gear on the dyno. so the guy who just tuned him and i are gonna log it. i have had these damn misfires for about 3 months now.
