I dont think its your plugs. I'd take it into the dealer but i almost gurantee you they're going to blame it on the intake. honestly your stock intake flows just as well as an aftermarket one (ill probably get bashed for saying that) your stock intake is essentially a CAI so id say if it keeps throwing that code put the stock air box back on if you want a better flowing filter then stock throw a drop in K&N drop in filter in there. personally I had the K&N CAI but it was too much of a headache. i just went back to a stock intake. no more cells. are you running premium fuel in your car?

There are quite a few reasons for this type of issue.
you need the dealer or a good aftermarket shop to scan the car....

I can almost guarantee it is related to the intake in some way. The MAF may not be working correctly (maybe you damaged it or didn't put it in the new intake correctly) or you maybe your intake is leaking causing the reading to be off. I would definately take the intake back to stock and clear hte code and see if it comes back up. Also what type of intake do you have?

well a scan tool would tell you exactly what is occuring... but a misfire is where one of the ignition compenents are not working properly. so a few of the issues are bad coil(s) , Injectors, plugs, PCM ( well slim but a possibility ) fuel(water in gas is one issue) plugged filters on injectors, fuel filter, etc ... the reasonyou should be concerned this issue is bad is common sence, your car is running incorectly , fuel mileage is going down, power if reduced, potention for internal damage is a threat depending on how you drive the car with this condition...

really get it scanned at the dealer or a reputable shop. or spend a weekend diagnosing the issue.
I'm sure others will pipe in with other info.

Essentially, the car detects a misfire when the fuel in the combustion chamber does not ignite at the correct time or the flame front does not burn evenly. This can be caused by many multiple things as NapaGuy stated; bad fuel, bad spark, running too rich or too lean. You defiantely need to fix it, driving the car with a misfire can cause engine damage.
