Modifications
You guys are dumb, I said about 300hp with all my other mods, not just my stage 2. I have magnaflow exhaust, aem dryflow CAI, torque dampner, stage 2 serpentine belt, and a shift kit. My stage 2 kit is from zzp. Im asking for help, not to be bashed. So if you arent going to help me out, leave the forum. I could be wrong about my horsepower but who cares. What I know is that I beat an 05 grand prix gxp with exhaust and CAI by 2 lengths. So just help me out please, im not on here to get beaked, come on now.
Intake and exhaust: Adds maybe 10whp MAX
Tq Damper: Adds 0whp
Belt: Adds 0whp
Shift kit: Adds 0whp.
So even with crazy boy racer math you're still at 240-250whp AT THE MAXIMUM!!!!
And third of all, 2005 Grand Prix GTP's go 0-60 in 6.5 seconds, so even if you're STOCK (ss/sc is 0-60 in 6.0), you should be putting 2 lengths on them. And once again intake/exhaust adds maybe 10whp to a car going downhill with a breeze. If you have "300hp" and only beat a GTP by 2 lengths, most people here would laugh in your face because you should've beat it by about 30 buses.
Think before you post.
Okay man, first of all don't call everyone dumb when they're trying to help you out, it makes you look like a tremendous douchebag. Second of all most of us know what we're talking about and you DO NOT have 300whp. Mayyyyyybe at the crank, but that's it. You're probably putting down 235-240whp max. And let's looks at your "other mods"...

Most people on here are extremely helpful, IF approached the right way. Jumping right out and putting that crap on us probably wasn't the right way. Plus, save the forums a useless thread (even though this one is GREAT) and look through the LSJ/technical forums. I'm almost positive there's already something posted about those mods, and what they entail.
Just gonna say that after all the money I've been spending lately just to get past 300whp on my stock blower, there is no way in hell you have 300.
Good luck trying to get help after telling half of the most knowledgeable people off. That always works when you're the new guy in a well-established group of people. When you actually have a real 300hp mod list, come back and talk to us.
Think 60# injectors, at least a 2.8, probably meth, port and polish work. Even going E85 on 80's is a quick route to 300. Not on a stage 2 though. Look at the mods in my sig. See all that? I havent dyno'd yet but I barely looking at low 300's (hoping for 315 :crosses fingers:.)

We all have to start somewere. I just got my cobalt a few months ago and have whats in my sig. I had it on the dyno before the zzp catless downpipe and put down 244/225, so yes 300 is a little far fetched.
Lets not be to rough on this guy he is new. Just because he dont know much yet dont mean we have to bash him. He is just excited about his new ride.
I would say get some cooling mods and throw on a smaller pulley and then get tuned.
Here is what i did.
Got the cobalt with a GM Stage 2 already on it. Added the Injen CAI,2.9 ZZP Pulley,ZZP Catless Exhaust. Next for me is a cooling mod and i just purchased HPTuners so i can upload the GM Stage 3 + Trifecta tune.
Best of luck and be a little more carefull on what you post in the forum.

He did not specify weather he had 300whp or 300bhp or 300 butt dyno hp.
You guys should be taking it easy on him and no one answered his question.
You can bolt the exhaust on to your car without a problem. But to pull out the true power in your car you need a custom tune. Find a local tuner.
