Moisture in exhaust?

Here's the deal: I've just installed the Corsa Touring exhaust and was expecting some smoke/vapor while it broke in. I was not expecting moisture to be dripping from the end of the tailpipe and from the first clamp along the tubing. It now occurs to me that the white smoke/vapor must be steam and has gone on for a little longer than the system's break in period. What could be causing this moisture?

I should note that I have a ZZP 2.5 inch downpipe with a high flo cat. I threw the low cat efficiency code the other day but didn't think much of it because a lot of folks seem to get it with a high flo. I just disabled it with HP tuners. Perhaps this is a cat issue? Any help would be appreciated!!

You will get condensation and dripping on a cold start.... but from the clamps isn't good that means you have a leak!
