haha, that's just vacation money. completely wasted on useless stuff & i don't pay for anything in cash because cash transactions over $3000 in many states is required to be reported to the fbi, which in turn end up being slipped over to the irs, which in turn will usually perform an audit if they look at your finances and it is an uncommon occurrence in your bank transactions ie: you are an individual and making under 6 figures.
anything in country should always be paid for electronically, for records... but only those people that actually do these types of transactions on a regular basis would know that

So pulling money from a savings account is gonna get me introuble. WOW thats the dumbest thing ever. Your an idiot. Most people pay with cash cause YOU can't trace it. I work with and get pay'd threw CASH transactions cause 1. Government BLOWS. 2. You make way more money doing it under the table. 3. Don't give your social you can't get caught. Lesson learned. Been doing this for 5yrs now haven't had trouble gotta know who to talk to.

buddy, im a freshman in college and was in ur same exact situation when i was senior in HS... small budget with not that much cash..
im telling u.. go with an intake.. very good mod.. all around win..
2nd in line is exhaust for all deh V-TEC lovers
3rd is springs..
any1 of those mods can be had on ur budget..
PM me if u have any more questions.. i dont know a **** ton about cars.. but as far as ur concerned i can prolly steer you in the right direction
