motor problems with lsj

hey guys long time since ive been on here. so the last couple weeks my car has been running really rough its been missing a bunch, i put new plugs, new oil. i run 91 octane. also feels like my power went out the window. kinda sounds like my timeing chain tensionor is bad but not sure if thats what it is. i bought a compression test tool. but wondering if anyone had any insight for me also it has 100k

It depends on if its a cold/warm dry/wet check and different gauges will have different readings, mainly u dont want more then 10 to 15% difference from the highest to lowest piston.

Also depends on elevation. GM says as long as its over 100 and each piston is within 10-15% of eachother its ok. others say thats wrong. I can never find a definite answer lol. but you really dont want anything under 100
