how about a full header back exhaust, that's a cat back and a downpipe for $750. All stainless piping, components and flanges.

plus polyurethane hangers

good luck with that.

Not much, but some. Like 2hp. It would also help if you had 3" header/dp/cat.

not unless your pushing 300whp+
and if you look at the horsepower over the entire RPM range. youll notice you actually lose quite a bit with 3 inch

Honestly with our cars 2.5" and 2.25" isnt going to make much of a difference. Maybe 1-2 hp, and its not like im going all out on my car, so size doesnt really matter to me. I wont see big hp gains until I get my h/dp installed.

whats quite a bit? I've noticed quite a bit of gain, but i started with stock. I have seen dynos and there have been reported torque losses of approximately 2-3 ftlbs of torque below 3500 rpm or so, but gains up in higher rpms. Its not really a loss, mainly a shift of the power band I'd say.

Oh yeah, that rebel auto worx exhaust does look pretty damn sweet and good for the price. I think the 2.5" and 3" exhausts differ mainly with sound, and barely with power difference.

I just put the exhaust on my car today, took only 3 days to ship...pretty impressed, and wow...it sounds a lot louder than I thought it would. I havent gotten to open it up yet but just driving normal you can tell a difference.

in my opinion i would go with a custom magnaflow after putting on some more mods such as a CAI, stage kits, and headers/downpipe youll notice that the 2.25 GMPP is starting to be a restrictive mod for the more power your making i personally would go with a 2.5 custom bent magnaflow...but thats just my 2cents
