Post My setup and issue

I have the cobalt ss supercharged with 2.8 inch pulley , stage 3 heat exchanger , 1 step colder plugs , vibrant header and downpipe with cat delete and 60 lb injectors , as well as the K&N typhoon cai plus the car is trifecta tuned , my issue is the exhaust is wayyyy toooo loud !!!!
So I bought a magnaflow high flow cat that I was going to get welded into the vibrant downpipe but than someone told me you can't run 60 lb injectors with a catalytic converter ? IS there noone on this site running a catted setup with 60;s ? Please let me know.

not sure bot the 60's issue but I can and others will say that dynomax turbo muffler will quiet that thing down! I run vibrant header, catless downpipe, gmmp resonator, 2.7 pulley setup and with the dynomax muffler I only hit 16.5 tops at sea level. Car is just little more louder than stock I swear by it.

Thanks for replies , Vince of Trifecta told me the catalyst will be burned out of the cat within a week running 60 pound injectors. He does all my tuning . I had a magnaflow high flow cat welded in last week and the car is much quieter now !!! Hopefully the cat can take the injectors !

"Unless you want to burn out the catalytic converter within a week of installing it, you will also need to remove the 60# injectors and have us retune it for smaller injectors."
- Vince Geglia
Trifecta Performance, Inc.

When I replied and told him how many were likely running the setup just fine he sent this back
"Well, the catalyst is probably burned out of their cats, too."

Here's hoping the cat lasts a while lol

it wont get burned out that quick.. i've ran one for a a while however running 60s requires you to run richer at idle them most other injectors which WILL burn our your car sooner
