need clarification on that pulley puller tool

it is a puller, but is it an installer as well? and if it is, can you do the work with the blower on the car?

I am understanding it as it is a puller only, and you have to unbolt the blower to have the new hub pressed on.

Yes, yes. NO you can't do it on the Cobalt SS; you must remove the blower. You can also use a press (along with a bearing holder) to remove the stock pulley and a press also to get the new hub pressed on.

yea actually I was gonna delete the post because I didn't go deap enough in the how to section lol my bad for a "repost" (hey it's been a long day throw me a bone lol)

sigh wish i could do it on the car...looks like there's enough room for the tool...can't be worst that pulling the 7" damper off the camaro...arm strong power
