Need h/e pump help quick!!

My h/e pump is going out so i bought a new one from ZZP, installed it and it wont flow. I tapped on it and it makes a loud buzzing noise. So I took it back off and put the old one back on, now it wont flow either. I have no idea whats going on, i hook up the wire to the pump and it's barely blowing anything. Option b tank has fluid in it and the level is staying the same, any ideas?? I have the car apart now so quick advise would be helpfull. And yes I have the flow going the right way, tube pointing up is going back into the stock h/e lower tube is the inlet from the iption b.

It finally bled out but I still have the old pump on. The new one was buzzing pretty loud, I don't hear the old one at all and never have. I'm going to call ZZP tomorrow and see if they will exchange it for me and I will put that one on whenever it gets here. I have to get another botle of water wetter before I change it out again anyway. When I put it all on with the option b originally it bled out realy quick. Whatever, it works for now and i'll sort out the new pump tomorrow. Thanks for the help though.

the buzzing was the pump with no fluid in it, it's extremely loud when running dry. It's working fine just get some fluid in it
