So I have an 05 Cobalt Supercharged with the following mods (ZZP Mid Length Header 1.75 primaries, ZZP Downpipe... I believe 2.5in, came in the zzp combo, and ZZP 3" CAI)

Now I want to go stage 2 from zzp but I have no idea on what pulley size I should go. It is my DD and I don't want to worry too too much about reliability. I was thinking 3.0 but I'd rather have you guys with more experience throw in your 2 cents. Any reply would be greatly welcomed.

 

Depending on your cooling mods I'd say to get a 2.8'' pulley.

 

If you're going to drop pulley sizes do at least dual pass, Option B, and a secondary H/E and you should be ok to go as far down as a 2.7" also make sure your I/C pump is working correctly they are notorious for going bad
