midlength. a shorty header will help increase flow which will help a bit under boost. however the main idea behind a header isnt just to increase flow, its to help with exaust scavaging (the exhaust traveling through the collector creates low pressure in the other header tubes and during valve overlap, the time when both the intake and exhaust valves are open, it actualy will suck air/fuel in from the intake manifold into the cylinder). now in a boosted engine anytime your in boost the scavaging effects are negated as the air is already being forced into the cylinder, however a long tube will really help with fuel economy and mid range/part throttle torque.

imho, shorty headers are just a way for companies to make money and to have some bling on your motor. a mid length or long tube is the way to go for performance.
