Stage 5 if you dont ever need to go back to stock and stage 3 if you want to be able to remove everything for warranty work.

go stage 5. I know i am soon and the whole realiability thing in my opinion is a bunch of crap. As long as you don't go wot at every single light all day long it won't affect the superchargers durability. plus the with the extra tourque you wouldn't even need to go wot to get your kicks.

Or you could go 2.5 pulley, 60lb/injectors, and hptuners.

I have the stage 4, I absolutely love it.
BTW get the flash/pcm for stage 4 from Intense and all you have to do (basically) is change the pulley to get stage 5 (and machine the snout).
I have 250hp and 240ftlbs tq and it hit 155mph in 4th on the dyno (with 20's) and this SOB snaps the tires loose anytime.

Do a stage 4 with a 2.5" pulley. Basically a stage 5 without the ported supercharger.

Whats the smallest pully you can fit on without changing the SC snout? I have HPtuner on order so i am in the same boat here.

I don't know if i want to go 2.8" and 42.5lb...or do i need the 60lb for sure?? Also with the intense tune does the bigger injectors kill the fuel economy at idle or when i am inching along in a traffic jam?? or did they shorten the pulse to still run efficient when you aren't boosting? If i can run a 2.7" with the stock snout i might do that.

you cant run a 2.7 on the stock snout.... and i havent noticed a drop in MPG... do 60lbers to be safe, might as well get them now instead of swapping out your 42.5 in the future...

Wow good to know. I think i will be getting the intense 60lb injectors + harness and their binary code and larger tensioner wheel. Then the ZZP 2.6" pulley. I didn't start this thread but it made up my mind!

Can you safely run the 42.5 injectors with a 2.7" pulley or is 2.8" as low as one should go with those injectors?
