So I just picked up a 2007 cobalt ss\sc yesterday. It already had gms1 injen cia, suspension exhaust and rims. I want to know What California CARB friendly mods there are out there to help get close to 275-300 whp. I saw zzp stage 2 which is a big bang for your buck but I don't know if the car can pass smog/sniffer test in California.

Anyone out there have experience with modding and California smog? Or know a smog guy that will pass anything in the Northern California Oakland area?
