Exclamation need tune!!!! indiana or chi-town

i have an 06 ss/sc... whats done to it is in my sig... i need a tuner asap... i need to be tuned and a rear o2 sensor delete to pass emmission... i got screwed in the past on a tune (zack) so if u can even tell me a shop or so one with a good rep with ppl to back it up it would be awesome... im willing to drive for it so just tell me what ur thinkin... i dont have an wideband in but i do have one so if u do not have one to hook up i can just put mine in real quick... but the reart o2 sensor is priority 1.... thanks.....

your rear o2 is throwing a code? or you want to put the wideband in the rear o2 sensors place?

btw, anyone know what the hell zack's been up to now? maybe he fled to mexico?

it would be $100 just to unlock your car, might as well just get the cat fixed.

no, zach unlocked it for HIS cable only. It is quite expensive to unlock a range of any year with hptuners, It would cost $100 to unlock your pcm for anyone else that never tuned you before, but it is a possibility someone has your year unlocked out there...

I am the Kentucky southern Indiana and northern tennesse tuner. It would cost 100 to unlock your PCM via hptuners. If you delete the code and turn the code off for the cat the mil will not come on and there will be no codes but it will not help you to pass the emissions test for N0x And wutever else the sniffer reads. So u drive down here illl cut you a deal of a life time call me at 270 505-3212 my name is James. We r u haveing a tuning meet in the northern part of tennesse and me and cobaltss89 are hosting it just call me if interested

yes, they use just the obdII scanner they have and see if 1)you have a cat converter 2)all sensors are responding 3)no cel on emissions relating equipment (basically all cel)

yep... and from what ive been told if i get the rear o2 sensor tuned out i wont throw the code for bad cat (p0420)... but i was wondering if anyone has done this???? i mean it makes sense in theory... but what i wonna know is if i get tuned out will it show that, that sensor is not responding or will all be good???

no your sensor is good, it is just reading lean or rich (whichever throws the cat code) so the sensor IS responding, but the only way they would be able to tell if you had a bad cat is to see a cel, but in theory ANY o2 related cel is an automatic emissions fail. So disabling the code that the rear o2 is throwing would let you pass emissions. When is your deadline for your emissions, because if you REALLY need it done you can mail it to me and I can disable the code and do some other magic that zach f*ckd up on your vcm.

but, if it is your dd and you don't have another ride than this wont work.

Check out WickedSS2005, he tuned me and I have had no troubles or had or even heard of any complaints... If you have trouble getting ahold of him pm me and I'll give him a shout. he's a good dude, did a great job for me.. Good luck..

Edit: Also he's located in, I believe Dayton, Ohio...

I can guarantee your running rich too, which is probably why your cat went out in the first place. I'd let you come to me, but I'm constantly busy with a lot of garbage, work, school. It's really up to you, wicked is a good tuner I know that much, he helped me out with one of my own tunes. Where do you live exactly?

I'm checking with the guy who did my tune to see what he says. I know he told me he disabled mine so I would never throw a cat code. I have 06 SS/SC also. He has tuned a few guys here in Chicago and fixed a few guys that were tuned by other people.

someone please tune this gentleman!

Like I said I could do it and am totally comfortable tuning you with your mods, but I'm never home and can't commit to a date because I never know what's going on.
