ok guys my exhaust has been giving me an ass load of problems here lately, i was racing one night and it started to wheel hop a lil bit then all the sudden my exhaust started sounding funny, it was my orignal flex pipe broke, then i went to the local exhaust shop and pre fabed me another flex pipe and about a month later it broke, so had to do it all over agian. so now 3 weeks later its broke again....has anyone else had this problem.... i am gonna do another temporary fix on it and order a down pipe from somewhere, unless someone has one for sale on here...i need the one with the convertor tho....or sale me there factory one...thanks.......

i have the jbp control arm bushings, and i had the torque forward braces, but they both broke, i have the poly trans mounts ordered so hopefully that will get rid of all the wheel hop...

 

i had the same problem with my flex breaking on my stock DP and i just replaced the header and the downpipe with aftermarket ones and I havent had a problem since

 

Do you have a cat on it? Might be that the cat is clogged.

 

yea i put the stock cat back in it, but i only used it for like the first month i got the car then i went to a high flow, then the hi flow screwed up so i went back to my stock one a couple weeks ago....i've got the zzp header, but still have the factory downpipe..i really never had this problem till i got the header put on tho.....thanks for the input

 

Deffinitly look into the ingalls brace. Ive had mine since march and have very little, if any wheel hop. I have had problems with my magnaflow cat back. it seems that the resinator ends are getting smushed closer together. I noticed when my tail pipe looked like it had moved away from the bumper. I havent had any probs with my stock flexpipe.

 

well i went back to the shop this morning, and instead of puttin the flex pipe back in the place it orginally was, we moved it back behind the convertor....hopefully it will last a lil longer there...at least long enough to order me a downpipe.....i think i am gonna order the one from hahn's....
