New Exhaust, One And Only

Ok, my buddy had a 2006 civic si with the greddy evo 2 catback, now if you havn't heard that exaust, it is very subtle, so not for those who like it loud.

Anyway, he traded the car in for a mustang GT, so that exhaust is for sale. I am going to buy it for $100 dollars, chop it up and have the first Chevy to have the greddy evo 2 exhaust. I will post some sound clips when i get through.

If it can make a honda exhaust sound good, It should make the cobalt sound awsome...

Those Greddy mufflers usually are real quiet though, we hacked one onto my buddys SRT, ******* thing was the quietest SRT i've ever heard, better than stock.

you live in Tx there are NO mandrel benders in TX , actually one (houston) he wanted 900 for custom 3inch on my balt , point is whoever does this for you is going to crush bend your exhaust therefore making it smaller in diameter than advertised

3inch crush bent pipe is really only around 2.4-2.5 in , in diameter

3inch mandrel bend exhaust is 3 in , in diameter

Good luck with that. I think it's easier for me to say that I have a Heat Exchanger off a Cobra Mustang, rather then an exhaust from a Honda. lol

Thats funny, seriously though, that is a very popular exhaust for a lot of differant brands that want performance with not too much sound.

Good luck, basically all your using is the muffler and possibly a resonator if it has one and getting all the piping made? My only concern is the shape and size of the body of the muffler and if there is enough room under the cobalt for it to fit and look decent. Please post up pics and vids once this gets done!
