New Noise, PLS Help

so the only new thing i added before the noise started was an Ingalls ETD, not sure if the two are related but i thought id throw it out there.

Anyway, whenever i let the clutch out i hear this light grinding noise, almost sounds like something is rubbing somewhere. it will do it all through 1st and get louder as i accelerate. then clutch in and its gone, shift to 2nd and let the clutch out and its back.

Its hard to describe the noise but its like a light metal on metal noise, and if i were to compare the noise id say it sounds like a loud fan (heater) blowing type noise.

If a guy were to make the noise with his mouth it would be like this "chhhhhhhhhhhhh" if that makes any sense or helps any...

any help is much appreciated!

Its the Ingalls, same thing happened to me as well, the ingalls makes the car noticabley louder in the cabin, it sounds like a bit of a grinding noise, its just the ingalls! every car i have been in with the ingalls did the same thing!.........on the good side, a ton less wheel hop!
