New PCM, and car won't start

So we installed a ZZP S3 kit for a friend and the car is all done ready to go, but the security light won't go out on the dash after trying to start the car with the clutch down and leaving the key in the run position for over 15 mins.

Only thing we have not done so far is unhook the battery for more than 5 mins.

We turn the key on, clutch, try to start, leave the key on and the light stays on.....

Our friend drove to MI from CT to have this done, we need some help ASAP.

not sure if it is the same on LSJ's but, aside of the 3 fifteen minute security relearn periods in a row...you may have to do a clutch position relearn.

yea Tech2 is the only thing that can do that clutch relearn. HP Tuners looks like they may be releasing that option later on but who knows.

Do the three 10 minute security relearn periods. I had to do it with my new pcm.

Turned out the pcm connections was not completely set. One of the connectors was off by a small amount.

Now the car runs and drives great but it has 3 codes.
P0122
P0223
P0315

So, 2 throttle codes and 1 CPS code. Which is weird since we never touched the CPS. I'll go pop the battery and rest it later, and re check the TPS plug.

you get in the car with the doors shut, radio off, lights off, etc and turn the key to the ON position (dont start it tho)..then wait 15 minutes (make sure you wait that full 15) then turn key off and then try to start the car. turn key off then back to the position (again, dont start the car)...then repeat 3 times. If the security relearn is the problem, then it should start after that 3rd time!
