I'm running the NGK BKR7E. These are one step colder plugs. I don't know if that was what you were looking for. With the mods that i see in your sig you should be running 2 steps colder plugs.

For the NGK BKR7E, do we leave them at the gap they come with? or what is a "good" gap (maybe for my mods in sig)

Not sure if you really need colder plugs with just a stage 2 from GM. I have a set of 60's, 2.7 Pulley from ZZP and a tune by one our members (DOC) and I am running the BRK7E at a .35 gap.
