No-lift shift possibly causing knock?

Ive noticed lately since I put my meth in that in between shifts I will get a bit of KR. Im on 23* with an 11.7:1 AFR with zero knock while im pulling, but when I shift (NLS with wot box) sometimes a see a degree or so of KR. Anyone think it could be the ignition cut from the wot box? Im thinking its nothing big but i thought I would just check with everyone.

I have a SS/TC and tune with HPT, I haven't tuned a s/c car so I'm not sure if things are the same. But log the car, where you see the KR goto your timing/spark table and reduce the timing a degree where you're seeing it. Should be less load then WOT, so you prolly haven't messed with that area much. I get a lil KR in 1st at times, I kept logging and working the spot, now it's gone. Hope this helps somehow
