Nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Were you really running a 2.5" pulley with the stock intercooler setup!?!? I have a 2.6" pulley with a cobra heat exchanger AND the dual pass intercooler mod and I STILL worry about heat! Its clear why you blew the motor. I would stick with 9.5:1 compression ratio, another reason for using lower compression with high boost, is because with lots of boost and a high compression ratio, on top of needing to use super high octane race gas, but a lot of the time people have problems lifting the heads off the motor from too much pressure. Also with lower compression you can fit more a/f mixture in the cylenders.
