O2 readings?

Alright, I've got a (dumb) question for you guys since I'm a noob and really don't know what kind of readings I should be getting. I've got an Aeroforce Interceptor and my question is about the O2 sensor readings. They're all over the place, anywhere between 10 to 900 at any time in any condition, seemingly random numbers. Shouldn't it read somewhat consistent, rising and falling with the rpm's? I haven't a clue but my car is definately not running (or starting) well right now and since there are no CEL's to give me hints (or convince the dealer there is a problem), I'm just taking shots in the dark.
