ive told u for a while to stop bsing and get slicks man. Ill be to the track when shes on more than 18 psi, and actually tuned. We were tuning in lambda and found out that hp tuners didnt like that too much. Figured some ideas out, if they dont work well just tune in afr

Listen, don't waste your time on a 15psi tune. It is just that - a waste of time. You can start the day with 15psi, just to get the MAF close... but don't end the day on 15psi. Trust me. I've been there, I've done that. Jump straight to 20psi, at the least. You don't have a large turbo... 20psi will be a great starting point. If you want ultimate reliability, you shouldn't be turboing the car. 20-22psi is a good safe range though, that will help you get the most of your money. That turbo comes alive in that range, so anything less than 20 is IMO wasting the money that you put into the system. 25psi is a rocket ship, but it can be a recipe for disaster with a tuner that doesn't know what they're doing.

Yeah, the S cover helps with surge... something you are going to have zero problems with anyway.
