That is for 06 and up pump assembly's, the 05 are a bit diff

Sure, first the pump housing needs to be disassembled, the 05 regulator gets removed, 06+ gets check valve removed. On the 05 i had to dremel the circular opened so my DW would recess deep enough to reassemble the housing.

You may have to modify the filter sock as well.

Make sure the level float ends up on the correct side so the arm can travel inboard on the tank

Splice wires using butt connectors

I'm gonna be doing this soon as well since my pump took a crap and I'm an 05'.

Lucky I caught it before putting the TVS on.

Got my TVS on yesterday. Makes the car fun to drive all over again... Now thats it for me for spending until winter. Although I might try and pick up dual interceptors, and powell catch can, just a few little things till motor overhaulin

The pumps a tad bit taller in height so he's showing the hose removed from the sender to move it up a lil by cutting the plastic on the feed hose

you don't want to run a catch can a catch can is vented to atmosphere you want to run a good air/oil separator and make it a closed system I run a moroso setup with -10 lines
