We have some spare 16" aluminum HHR wheels we wanted to use

That's crazy man. I ran an STi last night and as soon as I shifted into 3rd gear, clutch wouldn't grab and I never launch the car/beat the **** out of it. GMPP is def what I will be going with.

How much of a gain is there to be had to change from a 2.8 to a 2.7 and is it safe?

I have 80's, Griffin with Dual pass and option B with a 3" intake ZZP Shorty header and their down pipe bolted to a GMPP exhaust.

The sad thing is the most effective pulley size for the 1.3 TVS is 2.9 but everyone seems to want to pulley down. Weird
